In the second part of the course there will be something new to learn, for example an introduction of how ordering (placing PO) affects the operative buyer’s way of working. In addition, there are examples of how an order process influence the turnover in stock, including how to calculate the KPI.
As a second example; Excess and Obsolete process is one of the 8 operative procurement processes. Excess means when stock levels for a product exceed the forecasted demand and obsolete means no demand at the end of a product life cycle. Learn what is important to know in order to prevent stock problems.
