This course is the third and final part of the operative procurement processes basic courses. This course describe what the operative buyer require in a contract (with the appointed supplier) to have the right prerequisites when placing a PO. The course is relevant for all buyers involved in contracting suppliers.
PO, short for purchase order, is a formally approved document, sent by a buyer to the selected supplier .
But what more do the tactical buyer need to agree with the supplier in order for you to be a successful operative buyer (22 minutes).
